With over 25 years of experience working with people of all ages, (from youth to seniors) , I am passionate about empowering others and building strong, supportive communities.
My journey of personal growth and self-discovery has deeply shaped my approach to coaching. I’ve experienced firsthand how powerful connection is, both with oneself and with others, and how it transforms lives.
